Caffeine: A drug + Addiction

I'm sure most of you are aware that caffeine is a drug. It is a stimulant or an upper because it helps you function better in certain situations although it can have bad effects. Many people are addicted to caffeine and don't even know it, myself being one of them. I literally can't get through the day without taking a nap or being in a horrid mood if I don't have a few sodas everyday. I'm going to start to cut down and hopefully break off my addiction. A lot of people get headaches in the morning if they don't have their coffee.

Have you ever been addicted to caffeine? Do you drink caffeinated drinks?

 

I used to be very addicted to caffeine. If I didn't get my caffeine I would be irritable till I got my fill.

After a while I figured out it was probably the caffeine doing it to me and slowly reduced my intake and a couple months later I could function with no caffeine at all.
