Anyone has experience with Paludariums?

Just wondering if anyone has!
I want to make my own, a fairly big one.
With its own eco system, tropical plants, shrimps, crabs, micro organisms, insects and maybe a couple of predators.
I got wild plans, including a rain system, a thunderstorm system, and many other things.

I might just post my update progress on it if anyone is interested in it!

 

cant say I have but I've always thought they look interesting

would be neat if u include picture updates if u end up building 1

 

Ye I just love the idea of seeing it become an ever changing ecosystem.
Definitely going to make one, just gathering alot of information at the moment.
