You can't donate with Paypal so if you only have money on paypal you can send it to him and he will send cash on a letter.

 

This is a good idea for people who live in Europe and cannot access dollar bills then this would probably be there best bet, I might try this out soon seeing as I live in ireland and I can't get dollars to send them through mail

I, myself, live in Denmark, and I had no way to transfer money from my PayPal to my bank and then sending it from Europe to USA (which would cost WAY MORE than Trip.Fagex charges for doing this for you).
