From the looks of it, it was stat wiped.
I have one of these, but unfortunately it was wiped in EVERYTHING BUT att, str, def, hp.

 

I'll trade you this 114 with 99 str for it? And I'll also add this old 106 account, pretty decent stats I'd say.

 

It was stat whiped, correct. Somebody told me it was from that runetechbot or whatever that was used to dupe the phats in classic long ago.
