    Outlawz said it themselves. "Tupac is alive, somewhere, we cant tell you where, but hes alive" They said it in a concert, ive seen it on youtube, they took down the video though. I personally, dont know if hes alive or not. I want to believe hes not, but theres not sight of him.

    Theres a lot of evidence there but i guess its really really hard to say, I think hes dead but i now think he could be alive o_O i guess we will find out in 2014 :L
