Fast way of making junk?

What's a fast way to make profitable junk? I want to sell it with my items that are over the value of GE.

 

What's the point of making junk, when in most cases it's quicker to make cash and then buy an item+junk then just sell the junk with your item?

Should save alot of time.

 

Most junk making methods are less profit that you could make through other ways. Any real good junk makers are probably kept secret for obvious reasons. GWD at zammy gives lots of junk as addy arrows (p++) though.
