    Masking a texts origin?

Alright, I will spare you all the details of my story, but essentially I have the phone number of a certain individual. I need to send him a text, but in such a manner that the text can never be traced back to me in the future by him, authorities, etc. Are there any methods of hiding a number when texting? Additionally if there are any sort of web based programs that offer a method to anonymously text a phone number, that would be great as well. Thanks

Are you going to threaten him? Probably be better off using Skype...

Will he go snitch to the cops?

I know that *67 is for hiding phone numbers when you call, but not sure about texting.

Like I said, details should prob be avoided, but I just need to know that in the event something does happen, there will be no way to trace the message back to me. I dont know his skype, in fact I couldnt even tell you his last name yet.

Ya I am aware of this as well, thanks tho : P

Thats a possibility, although I would need to make a new skype since my current one has my details on it.

Still looking for a way to do it as I originally posted.

If he has verizon, then you can go to there website and send him a text from there, you would probably have to use a proxy though.

Depending on your location. You could use www.cbfsms.com, but it's only UK.
