Thieving

I haven't really done it much, so I don't know. Highest I ever got was 53 for Desert Treasure because I hate it. Now I'm thinking of getting a really high level to make some money off it (I heard you can). Can someone offer any advise on how to make decent money doing Thieving? 300K+ per hour is good.

I heard master farmers are pretty good cash at a high level, never put it to the test though :/

 

Yes I've seen someone with 99 Thieving + Gloves of Silence + Ardougne Cloak stealing from him...Never failed once. How much do you think it is per hour?

Are there other ways to make money by Thieving?

 

It depends how lucky you get with the seeds.

 

you should get 80+ by pickpocketing masterfarmer and than you should go pyramid plunder this is amazing exp and u can get some money if u find pharao's sceptre

 

You'll be lucky to get 300K+ gp/hr. If you're looking for a very fast 99 and some money as well (2m-4m+ in the long run to 99), I suggest doing pyramid plunder.

 

If you have 68 thief and 58 agility you have a chance to receive 4x the loot from master farmer, that means you could pick 4 ranarr seeds at once (get lucky)

to get 68 thief I'd suggest going to plunder also though, it's around 60k xp an hour in the lv 51+ room, and upwards of 80k xp an hour in the lv 61+ room.

Also, you might get lucky and get a pharaoh's sceptre out of the chests.

 

by lucky you mean having a horseshoe shoved up your ass.

by 4x loot they mean getting 4 individual loots in one pick, not getting x4 of one loot. so getting 4 ranrarrs in one pick is so unlikely, i am confident to say it probably has never happened before.
