Elite Dm Scammers Ran by Don Krypto and Sounds

1. Dear users of sythe I've been a victim of a major scam ran by Elite-Dm ran by Don Krypto - The Don Krypto Scam or Elite Dm Scam
   
   I don't deathmatch much and visited my friend in his home for his birthday to dm for fun and do some big chucks. Upon which the unexpected happened, I was warned previously about elite-dm scamming but never once thought it would happen to me.
   
   The story:
   
   I went to deathmatch and individual and explained to him the specific gear I wanted him in, I explained to him not once but multiple times, upon which he agreed to my specific gear rules.
   
   The user broke these rules and brought an extra advantage worn item (barrow gloves) which we did not agree to wear during the fight.
   
   By elite-dm rules this is a disqualification for the opponent and so the middleman who was middlemanning at the time (Sounds) is meant to give my money and the opponents money ( the total pot ).
   
   Heres where things turn for the worst -
   
   Sounds refuses to pay me out
   
   Then he changes his mind to refund me
   
   All whilst this individual disqualified veruses me.
   
   Now your wondering where does the scam take place? Elite-dm ranks are adjusting the rules to best suit them for when to disqualify an individual when it's clearly stated in their rules that bringing items that are not agreed upon that give you an advantage results in a disqualification. Its evident the individual I was fighting was in on it with the middleman or his friend, or even was him himself.
   
   Evidence is posted in deleted post below for my own safety - Please do not reveal it to public as I may be harassed by the affiliates as its well known this clan conducts blackhat activity.

Just wanted to clarify that this report is not against me.
The user in question has an extremely similar name, but is not me nor is it an impostor of me.

 

Please don't infract me, but I'd just like to say that this is completely true, they bend the rules however they like to help their friends most likely for a cut. And sounds, I think his sythe is @Im Sounds is not a trustworthy middleman for sure as he will side with his friends even when they are wrong, which could cost people a lot of money.. upwards of 10b+.

Here, it was a clear disqualification where my opponent ran 5 steps in order to get pid.

The rule states you cannot run around to gain an advantage.

And sounds is in cahoots with the guy so he decided it's not a DQ even after all the proof had been provided. I would not trust them with a single gp, both their owners are already banned and these guys just collude with scammers to make money.

BTW, this is the same person that 3b scam report was with so clearly he's working with him.

 

The guy literally ran all around the tree and he said that's not considered movement
