go to rock crabs and train it
or do pure quests so you dont need to train

if you had an ok account i would have said go to monks or fleshies make some quick cash off the herbs, the merch, then buy goods for leveling your stats.

 

Well tbh once i have money i will merch but i need ways to make that starting cash.
