Need to borrow $10 USD for 7 days. PLEASE! PAYPAL

Okay so first thing. I am no trying to steal $10 off of anybody. What happened is this.

I was trying to buy bots, and I bought one of rsbots.com that was really bad, so I refunded at which time I was blacklisted from the guy who receives payments for these bots.

Being a sneaky son of a bitch, I sent my paypal money to another, very old paypal account that I did not know had been limited 3 years ago. So now that money is locked onto the account, until I get a credit card, and can add my bank account to it. ( which I can't because I have a money request coming from that bank account in 7 days, which is when I will pay you back.)

The reason I'm doing this is because I want to buy the bot today, and not next weekend because I want to use what the bot gets me next weekend.

Simple Terms -
- You lend me 10$ USD over paypal today.
- In 7 days when my money is transferred from bank account I will send you back 13$ USD

I will not ask you to claim and cancel so, IF a point did come (which it won't) in 7 days and you have not received my 13$ you can claim it back. Again I'll reassure you this won't be needed but just pointing out the extra security.
