I have been reading about the idea of selling pins and if you are showing that you are using ********s,you will get in trouble. Now i pose the question. If you assume that everyone has got the pins legitly, why would they be selling them for <7 usd. Are you trying to say basically everyone trading in the membership forum is here to make a loss? That sounds so stupid if you actually think about it. Its like me buying a new ipod touch from the store for like 140 usd,and then like selling it on sythe for 20usd.

Its so silly in my opinion that such a rule is there. I think basically by keeping such a rule, its essentially saying "You can show that you are stupid in this forum only, but if we see that you are making profit/being smart,we will close your thread."

    Well you are just assuming.

Is it possible that a nice person buys pins legitly to gain vouches? Or just to be nice? It's possible, and without proof of the pins being illegaly obtained, no action should take place.

It's possible but unlikely in my opinion. Who is here to make a heavy loss? Most pin sellers sell over 100's of pins so thats a HUGE loss for them.

This topic hass been done to death.

Pin lines are illegal, trading ******** pins are not. Also, there is at least one other method of obtaining pins other than ********s which is legal.

Pinlines are not the only method of obtaining pins.
Also, I don't Think Anyone would pay 7 Dollars and lose 3 just for a vouch. As Magic Arrow Said, Pin lines are ILLEGAL .

yea? When you get a chance, can you hit me up with your phone number so I can order some pins off your line please? Obviously just an analogy to ********s

So basically if I steal an ipod from someone, that's illegal. But if I sell the stolen thing, that's not illegal is what you are saying? Another method that is legal of getting pins? Is that like PTC sites, etc?

Even if its done to death, why cant it be talked about? Its not like im making 100 threads about it. I am just keeping it in one thread

Let's try to think it in a 'Guilty until proven innocent' way. Can you prove someone is not using ********s? Although the guy who started the thread is just assuming, there is a huge chance that he's right.

No, what I am saying is that if you LEGALLY buy the iPod which was ILLEGALLY stolen then you can sell it. Also Sythe does not allow the sale of known stolen items.

No not PTZ sites, it's a method that is quicker than pinlines. I know of one person who used to use this method before he stopped selling.

Let me put it to you in this way. Using ********s is against sythe rules because it involves HACKING. Selling ********s pins does not involve a form of hacking.

Where at? Can you link me to your thread? If they are the same price/lower than ******** pins, id love to buy from you. lol

According to that, why dont we have a warez selling place here? It seems legal according to your argument.

It would be legal but illogical seeing how probably 75% of the internet that has a brain knows how to get them for free..

You get them off resellers, these lines are gained from Telstra, if you were wondering.

We basically allow the sale of pins and unless we know they're stolen, we'll allow them. It's like on eBay when someone sells a brand new iPod for $30; could it be a stolen iPod? Maybe, but it's still allowed and it's up to the buyer's discretion.

Pinlines are illegal, I suggest not buying them since they are probably a fake.

Man, I meant charging for them. If something is being given free i understand, but making money on something which was stolen seems wrong
