    I'm currently looking to work on a new skiller project and I'm looking for a nicely attuned skiller, with stats at-least ranging in the 70+ range, or with an acceptable amount of cash to fund my project. It's preferred that the account is F2P and is a Level 3 but if the offers looks substantial I will consider.

    In return I will be willing to swap my current account, a Level 99 w/ 47m in cash and around 8m in items, and a total level of 1500+. This account also has a fire-cape. The account has zero Blacks Marks and is a brilliant investment due to the current GE Status, it currently isn't a member nor does it have a Bank Pin/Recovery Questions.

    I will not be accepting MSN/IM offers all transactions will be done via PM, and nor will I go first due to the sheer amount of scammers on this site.
