Corporate Social Responsibility in the gold farming industry?

I saw this link about a powerleveling company involved in some rescue mission for sea turtles and since I’m in marketing I think it’s kind of interesting. It could be seen as a sign that the gold farming industry is moving from the infant stage to a more mature level. I mean, since the dawn of WoW, gold farmers have been all about cheap prices and spam, right? Now we’re seeing companies starting to move up the ladder becoming more advanced in their marketing techniques and positioning. Do you guys/gals think that this is something the wow service consumer wants or do you think we’ll all just go for the lowest price possible?

Oh, here’s the link in case u want to read it: http://sanyaexpat.com/index.php/new...ohnsons/yehforgames-teams-up-with-ritz?blog=1

Haha woah that’s a long one..

It's all for promotional purposes. They don't care about the sea turtles and shit. They just want to get their name out.
