Ive used this server for over 2 years, have highest rank you can get. specifically told them not to get def on a ironman, they got def and told me its not their fault. (was in the work order to not get def). they will not finish my order and have yet to be refunded. The worst customer service after being loyal for so many years and they just ruined my acc. I highly recommend not using them. I will make it very clear is all my discord 3x (all 3 have over 600 people) not to use this discord anymore.

in addition, what i asked for was locked behind a quest ( i didn't know ) so instead of asking me (they did in the past multiple time hence why i continued to use them) the worked proceeded anyways to quest ( i didn't ask for quests) and got def on the acc. I see where I should have looked into it more sure, however their response to a loyal customer was "its not our fault, do more research next time" again after over 2 years of using them. They have 0 remorse for their customers, with 0 intention to solve the problem.

Since ive been a loyal customer ive been using paypal to order, which means i can file years of charge back ( i honestly dont care about the money, but I will make it absolutely terrible on their end with a result of probably locking their paypal since nothing is being done). hope you guys never have to deal with something you dont want cause i assure you they will just say what they want to cover there own rep.
