    Should I get defense up?
    It all depends on you. What do you like to do more? pk? skill? do other things that require def? If u get def, u should get 99 and also 99 prayer, max out, learn to pk at that level, and ull be beast. If not, then just stay 45 def lol:)

    Why should u ruin such an good account?
    u can pk amazing with these stats so don't ruin it.
