Twinz casino scam/fraud

The original Discord server got banned along with my old Discord account for breaking Discord TOS. There was no rank purchase TOS discussed as @Geluk states above, the rank purchases were discussed with ranks via DM or in the server, because of the deletions I have no evidence of that. His initial rank was purchased in October and because he couldn't afford it upfront and he had an active Sythe account I didn't mind letting him pay the fee over a course of weeks/months.

While he was paying weekly for his rank (that at the time) was a recruit (lowest rank in the server), he was happy to continuously upgrade his rank as he profited from the server, he won the lottery in the server (which he admits to above) that lead him to his lieutenant rank which cost a sum of 5b.

"they never said anything about the fact i wouldnt get it back after i would quit as i never had to accept any TOS that states that or anything else regarding any rules. The rest of the deposits where made over the course of the time being there."


I didn't think I had sufficient evidence to report @Geluk due to my main account getting deleted (Twinz#5158), but I've got screenshots from @Geluk's ex worker of @Geluk incriminating himself, admitting to scamming me 2b that I actually forgot about lol, the scam happened when @Geluk had NO motive as this was the FIRST server from over 4 months ago, basically taking advantage of me thinking that he could get away with it due to the server getting deleted

I don't recall these dm's but now I'm asking for it back as it was a blatant attempt to let me forget and then scam me.

another 1b that he's admitted to taking from me and not repaying, in addition to "that disappeared within a day to swipe his balance?", the house can lose yes, but you still have no evidence of you actually losing that 1b so it's ANOTHER invalid claim.

we have plenty of ranks that have NO ISSUE with this that can be DM'd

If you want the host rank I can give you that and you can get a better understanding of the server as I can imagine this is quite confusing, if you want anything in particular explaining I can do that also.

first of all the 1bill loan is the same as the 2bill he thinks i scammed which i already posted proof of payment before and the chat logs are in the link i dmed to andy because it has sensitive info in them.

if i delete the post thenthey will just post it again with the link so the rsn names would be made public again like they did before with watchadoins screenshots which i was told not to make public

He owes me more than the screenshots i send but i have no record of everything but i guess this is already more than enough

I prefer IF I make accusations to actually back them up and not defame people.

As for the "i owe you just the 975m", no. you don't just owe me the 975m. you owe 3.977m as you just stated you owe for the banker balance as well.

you missed it because i redacted the proof so its not shown to the public, if you get accused in court the evidence isnt in your hands either and it has a reason why its like that but like you keep telling me do you have any actual proof i never payed you back besides me mentioning this? as you told me you wrote it all down several times

For what possible reason? So you're saying you paid back the 2b to twinz and have some sort of proof of paying him back 2b but won't reveal it because "if you get accused in court the evidence isnt in your hands either and it has a reason why it's like that". If it's simply a screenshot of you paying back the 2b you can just post it.

What do you mean by this? It's just wrong. When in court both sides submit their evidence to the cout beforehand and parties can object to certain evidence. "surprise evidence" doesn't exist outside of t.v setting (except in interrogations which might be what you are thinking of) Before a trial takes place the judge can rule evidence be not included in the case even if it's factual as it wasn't known at the time to either party. A common example is the criminal record of someone,it can easily influence a jury and it would be rejected as evidence.

The proof is that you mentioned it. What other proof do you want? You stated in the screenshot that you didn't pay him back.

His discord was lost along with the server so there isn't a full record of everything. its not really relevant as the amount owed is tallied there with proof to show it. Thankfully you (inadvertently) provided sufficient evidence about the 2b you didn't pay back.

So just to be clear you're claiming you paid twinz 2b back using in-game gp of the money that you owed to him?

And you already posted proof of that before in this thread but then deleted it because it had names visible? I don't remember seeing that post, perhaps i missed it.

You can simply just show the screenshot with names censored if you are worried about that. I expect no response to this direct statement.

If you have video or screenshot evidence of you paying back 2b you can easily post it with names redacted right now, there's no issue.
