Macroing bans and different IP's.

I emailed [email protected] today for them to reply with:

What do you suggest I do.

 

They have logs of the ip used for playing. If you bot these days and get caught you get a perm ban. Not much to it.

Ask them to double check that, Because you've never botted in account.
I've never seen JaGeX banning anyone for free, They've anti-cheat system that is automatical, and probably cannot match real player as a bot.

I've had an account banned for macroing that was 100% legitimate. Here's what happened.

The day that they thought you were macroing was most likely because you were no-lifing a skill (I was ranging flesh crawlers for herbs).

On their game logs, it printed that your IP was online while you were doing the skill.. so even if the account got hacked and banned for macroing... that instance is probably what they're sighting.

 

Jagex dosent have anti-cheat system on botting. They only check you, if you're reported. Because the only way to bust the clients would be recording mouse movement, and doing it 24/7 for 200k players.. Jagex never will have space to do it.

 

I will explain my situation. (Note: Shared account)

The account was botted on by someone else, and then it got banned with them as last having logged in/played on it.

JaGex are still 100% sure it was me, which is complete bullshit and if they logged IP's they would of seen it was not the original creator/me or whatever on the account at the time it was banned.

But in the terms of service it says that the accounts are property of JaGex and they can do what they wish with them :\ so there's nothing you can do.
