yeah its true dont buy this and plus who would sell this for $40..honestly its a scam.

 

When I read that he was only selling the for $40 that raised alarms for me as a obvious scam. maybe you could try reverting if you payed with paypal or just sue him

 

Not a scam im trying to get enough money to buy one of instinctives accs and i have no idea how much this is really worth
