What accounts should I build that are most desirable by people ?

Pretty much the title of this thread:

What are some accounts that are really desirable among this community ? Accounts that people would be actually willing to buy and use ?

Is it combat accounts ? The ones that have 99 in all of the combat-related skills ?

Or perhaps it is the skilling accounts ? Ones that have high levels in skills such as fishing, mining, wood cutting etc. ?

While at it, can someone please explain to me what is the appeal of ironmen accounts ? Why are they so popular and why do so many people want them, despite all the restrictions that ironmen accounts have ? (no trading, no using of grand exchange etc.)

I want to build up accounts and then sell them, but first I need to understand what exactly is it that people want, so I hope you guys will be able to answer my question, thanks in advance for it.

We sell a lot 99 FM /70 agility Hardcore starters. People love them.

 

I assume med level pk builds would be popular to sell, since there's quite some work to do for completing such account.
