    I would say just being honest.

    "dear jagex, I find it highly inconvenient that you have disabled my account. I was botting the account for almost 2 weeks straight, and was close to achieving my desired levels. Please unlock the account, so I may continue autoing the stats to my desired goal"

    WINNER! also i saw one real one that threatened to blow up the offices and their reply was like, " Thank you for registering your appeal. Unfortunetly threatening to blow us up is not a good way to get on our good side. Your account has been permanently banned!"
