Bot2give banned for posting a virus? WUT!

I was banned for posting my RSbot. I didn't post my site link or anything just a download.
Then some random member comes along saying 'Nice virus, someone ban this kid.' !! You're kidding? I didn't even post a virus. Then some mod comes and for some reason believes him. Poof, I'm banned. I did not post a virus whatsoever. I didn't even advertise my site. This is a joke, whichever mod did it, needs to learn how to do his job.
