Now, i think i have a lump. But i don't know what i should do.

Seriously, a lump could be A LOT of things...
Cancer, genital herpies, warts, mouth ulcer and the list goes on for a long time.
Why don't you look the symptoms up on google - so that web MD can give you some fake answer.

But really, some more information would help all of us help you.

 

Trying to be helpful this time: It could be an enlarged lymph node, which can happen when you have an infection. I had one last year.

 

Post a picture or give us more information.

And tell your parents/doctor.

 

It's obvious troll if the fool didn't want the risk of death from cancer he would of been to a GP by now.
