Appealed Friday , got denied Tuesday. No chance of 2nd attempt as of this moment

 

I think I applied for 2 of them last Wednesday and the other 1 on Saturday. All were answered Tuesday night.

This game kind of sucks without openosrs btw.

 

got 3 out of 4 old accs unbanned, amazing!

 

how did you guys get them unbanned? how long had they been banned for?

 

I got 2 of my accounts banned and appeal denied. They both had been almost banned for 3 years.

 

How did they reply to you? Via mail or?

 

Just appealed and filled in a made up sob story about how sorry I am etc.
The bans were varrying from 2year to a few months.

I just appealed a ban almost 3 years and 1 week to the date. denied.

 

3 years passed or 1 week left til 3 years passed?

Sounds like it’s not an automatic unban anymore

 

I appealed on 2 different accounts last Wednesday and got my responses today (Monday).

I did apology for both accounts and pleaded for another chance stating I have read the rules thoroughly, etc.

The first appeal was a macro ban, 2.9yrs in length to date, unbanned. (Response from JaGeX: "Granted.")

The second appeal was also a macro ban, 2.2yrs in length to date, and by far my most cherished account. Denied. No reasoning.

Seems like that 3 year mark is still JaGeX's ideal spot to reconsider an account for play.

 

before you would get automatically unbanned after 3 years. which option did you choose? the apology one?

idk tbh, my acc only like 4 weeks away from 3 years bann still got denied.

 

Seeing as a lot of you got denied on old banned accounts, makes me wonder what their requirements are for granting appeals.
I got 1 2yr unbanned
1 of 3months
And 1 of 1year and 4months.

I want to add that 2 out of 3 had more then 5 macro related bans in the past.

yea, the old process, as long as it was after 3 years from the ban you would get unbanned

 

yeah apology one, ive been waiting for months to appeal it since i found out. Ill admit, it already had one quashed ban from like 2012 that got lifted when jagex let people pay to remove bans, so maybe they looked through my accs history and said nahh

 

I am really sad because out of the two accounts I would've much rather had the other one. Also, If this theory is true, I wish I would've just waited another 7-8 months to appeal instead of sending one straight away.

For what it's worth, but of my accounts had responses sent at exactly 14:00 Monday. I wonder if that means anything.

 

Appealed 4 accounts that were banned for botting. 4X I'm sorry with a sob story. 4X denied

All were 4+ years ago. Jagex knows I'm a piece of shit I guess
