Depending on your vouches/my judgement I'll most likely do half first and the rest when it's done, or go per quest. I won't pay all first unless I feel safe in doing so, and if all your vouches are from doing 2 minute f2p quests or dumb shit from leechers that doesn't mean much to me.
Also, I will not let a leecher on my account.

I have all requirements for DT and subquests besides firemaking and thieving, which I can get, but would pay a little extra if I don't have to.
Need Digsite, Troll Stronghold, Ikov, and Tourist trap done too.
You'd have to get the items ready yourself.
