How to Join?
Well as the website is still in its beta form and is releasing bit by bit so there isnt a way to sign up straightly. U need to get invited either from the company itself which takes around 2 - 3 weeks or from other members like me. I can invite, u just need to give me ur msn.

I think he means to use thepaypal card onto paypal then use to pay 4 it.
