Requirements:

-30 Construction
-A moderately easy quest, that basically, if you aren't pure, you've done it.
-Some startup cash. 700k works best.

Further Info:
-Most accounts can do this. Technically, if a level 3 did the quest, he could do it!
-This guide uses the GE to buy items required, and to sell the items made. It does rely on prices, and profit will vary based on fluctuation.
-The item made is NOT junk. There is high demand for it.
