Got scammed by jascikas(MM - MurderTrain)

Ok, i've wanted to buy fast pin for 4.50, jascikas posted on my thread, i've added him on msn. I said im not going first and we gonna use a MM. Okay he found a mm - MurderTrain, then i've paid him 4.85(i though .35 for good mming but it doesnt seem so good now). Okay, he gave me pin, i got my camera ready (I was lagging). then i started filming and the pin was invalid. He was saying i already applied the pin blahblahblah.. etc. I ddn't apply the pin if i did just BAN my account. I think Jascikas is scamming and MurderTrain says hes going to give him money for INVALID PIN?! Heres some proof of video : http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=2469a2c&s=5

P.S jascikas started flamming on me etc(Acting a little angel that he was legit)

 

You're supposed to start the video before he gives you the pin as you could have already used it.
