Don't think you will be able to sell this account very easily or very pricey.
1, it isn't yours, so might not be able to give the information needed to KEEP the account. Which most smart buyers will look for. 2, PayPal and WU are the top used sites. Going without PayPal kind of kills your demand for the account (no money, no demand)
