Must be 60+ attack
must be 75+ strength
must be 45+ Defense
must be 70+ range
must be 82+ magic

must finish Desert Treasure,Lost city,Monkey Madness
must be halfway/finished Recipe for disaster.

must have 1M+ GP.

Account is ~6 years old with chicken, easter ring and some more olf random event stuff. Bank is ~3m. ~90qp but with few good quests ( MM, lost city, Those gnome quests, glider etc) so basically a good main.
