Purchased RS item for first time

hi... I recently purchased a Bandos Chestplate from RS2happy, and was making sure that this site works good. If not, please post some suggestions. The main reason that I'm posting this is one, i don't understand how they transfer items, and two, they said they have started the process of making gold, but my account is not logged in. Is this good or bad?

 

I haven't tried rs2happy, but I've used Gold4rs.

For the most part, I think you're fine, and shouldn't stress over it.

Bandos Chestplate is pretty expensive, so it might take them a few days to complete your order. They'll take breaks to let you see their process.

 

Never tried them, best of luck with this. They probably do green dragons or something
How much did it cost you also?

Well, I bought it about a week ago, and it cost about 30 dollars. I'll post more if I hear anything.

Well, I did just now (about a week later). My character was still at the Grand Exchange, and had not moved at all. Maybe it just takes a while for them to get to each account?

 

Id try contacting them again using the order # and stuff as after 1 week Id have expected something at least

 

They should have sent you an e-mail or called you. You probably need to respond to one of those for them to verify the account, and they most likely won't start working until you do. If you missed or never received one of those, you should call customer service and get your account verified. I had the same problem with gold4rs for a few days.

 

Just a question, somewhat off topic, how long does it usually take for them to be able to get to each account? Because I did verify it over the phone. I'm thinking maybe I need to give them more time?

 

They gold farm and then go buy the item.

I tried selling them a account but they never paid me and when I asked them wheres my money, they said they never had record of my account then when I threatened to hack it back they said they havn't sold the account yet. I still havn't receieved my money.
