Someone else botted for me, but I tried a 'Someone else had access to my account' appeal, but they denied it. I have another appeal for the account but I don't understand how you will be able to unban it if you are doing a simple appeal. And also, I think it would be better if you gave a 100% refund if you fail as that is litrally like us giving you $2.50 for free.

So you can basically charge 5.00, and if your service blows and they don't get unbanned, you steal 2.50.
