Buying account with high total lvl 2200+

I'm looking for an high level account, but it has to have a really high total (2200+, as the title of the thread says). I'm not that interested in the bank, but obviously it has to have something xD

Well as you can see I'm totally new to this site and the whole "runescape merchandising", so I would actually need some suggestions about all the things you just asked.
I certainly would like to use an omm (but I don't actually know how much it would cost, i was looking for a "trade advice thread" or something like that but could not find it), for the payment as long as it can be done online is not a problem (no mail :/).
If the other person it's highly trusted i may even go first.
If everything looks secure to me, i'm willing to spend quite a lot of money on this ^^
