I do not know who Demented is. I was willing to use an MM but then it got too complicated with Western Union since fees will be a bit too much. You agreed to first transfer 1M to test your method but after I heard it there was no way that it can possibly transfer 4m an hour. With 92 range, I can only make 400k an hr there, so there is no way I can transfer 4m an hour or the 1m per 15 minutes you claimed. Thanks anyways for your offer, but I think I'll pass.
