Dragondyce is just funding Ko's drug habits

Rather make this private so whichever mod is dealing with it I would rather it be kept private between myself and them. I have a good relationship with some of the hosts and actively bet with them and I do not want to have a bad relationship with them because of this report. This is purely against KO

Explanation of the trade: I placed an x amount of gold on a rank.

How they scammed:
TOS for bettors were updated shortly after the rank scam quit that KO will only refund the bet placed and not the pot won in my case making me lose over a thousand dollars of profit

In my opinion this is a ridiculous TOS because ranks pay upwards of $11,000 for there ranks and KO has TOS and edits them whenever he wants to suit his needs

As you can see his rules were "edited" and he made it as clear as possible it was a bet amount and not pot amount

In rule #5 it says "customers and ranks work together to scam on multiple accounts" that's such a ridiculous reason to stop legitimate bettors from being refunded. All bets are made in tickets and KO oversees them all, its almost impossible for a rank to ever go above there max which is like 5% of what they paid for the rank

Other relevant trade screenshots: all this is publicly available for staff to see in the discord as there is no way to prove the edit date being the day the rank scam quit on me and the fact so longs went by I don't really care about the money.

This is just a really bad TOS and I get it's his own clan and he can rules at his own discretion but when ranks with like a 3b max pay nearly 11k he should be able to pay out a pot. A person buying a rank, that money should be majority insurance incase of a scam quit, in KO's case it's a rank which he pockets 90% of the money to fund his drug addiction and knows the most he will ever have to refund back is like $150 from a $11,000 rank

I just want everyone to be super aware if you use dragondyce you can't choose the rank you want to take your bet and when a rank you don't want takes your bet and scams you only get back your bet and not what you actually won

More needs to be done with this gambling clan chats making there own rules as they go along to suit there needs, it isn't just KO but he's definitely the worst at it.

Just because it's off sythe it doesn't mean sythe can't have a rule saying the TOS of said clanchats have to be fair for the consumer if they are going to promote it on sythe, to many of these owners get away with it because its there clan so its there rules, but the underground of it is so unfair to both bettors and hosts and its not always clear when your being ripped off or not.

 

Also rules are in the same channel as announcements so its not even very clear where they are as you've to go into a different channel and scroll up the announcement channel to even read them lol
