Explanation of the trade: I sent 0.032 btc to twisted taco for me to keep apples on his hosts as a collateral in case they were to scam his customers I would have to pay it or it would be taken from my collateral.
How they scammed: I specified that I want this amount back when I am finished, and he refuses to return it stating that he fined me the btc amount which never happened and he wants to keep the money...

i banned him from our servers for it
he's literally owed NOTHING
i posted the evidence on the last report that literally just ended few hours ago
And he's had multiple people cover him for apple pay and zelle scam him
he's literally owed NOTHING

And he's purposely looking for things that are years old in hopes i have no evidence, this has been sorted ages ago, he had no more remaining collateral with me


Can we all agree, if he opens one more report
after he scammed my customer last week, and was caught luring our cusstomers
and after is first sythe report which was all lies that he gets banned for harrassment?

Please show where you told me you are keeping my 1000$. Please show evidence you paid money for me to somebody. Please do show anything about you saying you were keeping it. most clan business takes place in Voice channel in discord or rank only channels in discord, that is why he is going back years to find anything he can to try to weasel money out of me.
He's just harrassing me
And he knows all logs of me and him in discord rank channel are gone because i banned him

And why didnt he try collecting this '1k collateral' 2 weeks ago when he was deranked, or why didnt he put this into his first Sythe Report ? its because he knows it is nonsense.

 

Maybe you should not cancel an agreement written on a piece of paper in voice channel then? sorry. Or maybe keep track of your agreements on a piece of paper like I did so the other person cannot say it was done in voice and make up what happened thanks. If you need to unban me from your discord so the logs of my conversation return, I am a sythe user and will repay anyone you claim I steal money from at any moment so it's safe to unban me unlike you who will probably not pay me if I win the report thanks.

 

This 0.032 btc he speaks of was eaten up by fines and using terrible apple pay covers, and if it werent, him scamming one of my customers last week would of taken it immediately, he has no legs to stand on, he's once again lying thats why this was never mentioned in his first report against me that he lost, and why for the last 2 weeks since he hasnt been a rank he has not mentioned it

Just this month alone secnx was fined multiple times, here is one fine of $250 for scamming a customer, Like i said he has no more collateral left. And tbh he owes ranks for getting they're banks frozen and red flagged, not telling us that all his bank accounts when he was in canada were all frozen and locked

he scammed a customer because he was angry, and i banned him. He has been fined dozens and dozens of times, his collateral has been gone for a very long time, only a couple examples of secnx being fined. He has NO COLLATERAL LEFT










below is secnx trying to get unbanned from our discord server so he can contact ranks, because i banned him from our server for scamming a customer which Secnx himself admitted to and i posted the evidence in the previous sythe report secnx made against me.

Tony is a mass serial scammer who has scammed 5 different people including myself. He is paid regardless because I didn't want to argue over 50$. As for your screenshots below, please provide evidence I scammed somebody in your clan or you paying out money because of me not little girls gossiping in your dm's and you giving your imput on them thanks

Anyways we made an agreement on paper this money was so you wouldn't have to pay out money because of me, and I told you I want it back when I was finished. If you claim I used terrible apple covers and whatever else, perfect. You should have some evidence that you paid out money for me.

the 2nd screenshot you posted is someone who spoke the truth at the time it took place, but now that he is banned for scamming like you are, his story is different... glad to see the scammers that are banned from my community are getting together to form super scammer club

Below is secnx scamming one of our customers, and being fined $250 and he was deranked until he paid customer back. This took place on the 6th of july, Secnx has no money coming to him. He's been removed from our servers, and no longer allowed to do business of any kind within our clan
