Scammer by owner of dragondyce twisted taco

DISCLAIMER : This is a report against the owner KO not the sythe user that Hattez uses as I know he likes to get involved and try and hype up drama by saying irrelevant things. HATTEZ please refrain from posting.

Explanation of the trade: Originally said my fine was 300$ then once paid it upped it 1800$

How they scammed:


I had a customers tab worth 796$ and went MIA for a week and a half to two as I was travelling/my Grandads funeral. KO paid that 796$ for me . There is no excuse for leaving a customer hanging like that I agree.

When I was back in the country the first thing I did was message ko and say sorry and that I would pay him back the 796$ I then said for him to activate my rank again is there anything else owed. He went on to say 300$ fine. I thought fair enough as what I did wasn't fair on the customer making him wait like that.

Fast forward to sending the 1096$ instantly . I then asked for my rank back (a rank that cost me 3k USD) he then reranked me as one rank under (a 1.5k rank) making the fine really 1800$ USD. When I confronted him about this he said nah I deranked you a level as part of your fine too. THIS was never discussed when I said do I owe anything else for my rank back.

Now I don't want to come back to dragondyce because of the way things have fallen apart since all the admins left , t's just fining people left right and centre to put fear in them as rank cost a lot of money and sometimes paying 100-500$ fines is better than losing a 10k rank. All I want is the 300$ fine back that he scammed me for. At the time I was afraid to ask for it back in fear of my rank not getting reinstated but after thinking about it I definitely feel scammed/let down by KO for not being upfront so I left the clan on a good note with no money owed and asked him to remove my rank. I did try message him about this but I got no reply.

this guy left with customers money for 2 weeks, i had to pay the customer out $800 dollars, he shows up two weeks later, saying sorry i traveled to England and argentina and was on acid. he paid me the $800 and a $300 fine and his rank was lowered by 1 rank. After hosting for a day or 2 , he says he doesnt want to host with a lower rank , and quit, i said ok goodbye and deranked him. how he's reporting me trying to get his $300 fine money back

P.S still have customers messaging me saying they been waiting days on Bren to pay them he hasnt responded back to them, so who knows how much more money he owes customers.

This report is rediculous and Bren who made it is crazy, Lay off the drugs sir

 

I love it how you guys always have to include drugs to try and make people look bad, when you yourself are the most drug fucked person I've come across in my life.

In regards to owing customers money this is FALSE. Please post a recent screenshot of someone asking you as when I came back from overseas I made a point to pay all ranks and customers tabs. ESPECIALLY after you scammed me and I knew I was leaving for good. If this is true and there is a customer I left out. They can pm me directly and I'll clear even though I don't believe it.

Will just wait for a response and even if they rule in your favour just know myself and a lot of other people in the community have lost a lot of respect for you for the scummy shit you've been doing as of late.

Perhaps yes the clan is dying and it won't be long now until its closed but that doesn't mean you should abuse your workers and funnel them for as much money as you can. It's no coincidence that there has 7 high profile ranks over the last month that have left the clan, just know this report wasn't about the 300$ it was exposing you for what your like.

If this is true which perhaps might be a long term customer owed a small amount but the rank story you made up is untrue lol, like I also said they can dm me to collect.

As per screenshot 23m 07 is owed to that customer just checked, I believe he can't pm or I can't pm him as you spazzed out like the immature kid you are and banned me from all servers.

Anyway you can tell him to add me as a friend and we can arrange collection.

I'm not too sure why you keep bringing irrelevant things though, the report is on you scamming me all you are doing is searching for things to try and make me look bad like a little bitch.

Hell when I came back from overseas I paid out approx 2.2k USD to all ranks and customers tabs including yours so I could leave with everyone being cleared , I apologise for forgetting about this 23m 07 tab owed to Martijn. His report on you will be uploaded here later on today. Also you should prepare your spokesperson Hattez as there are 2 more disgruntled ex ranks you scammed looking at a report too. Fuck people over for too long and it will come and bite you in the ass eventually.

As for paying him 23m 07 that he couldn't pm me for since you spazzed out and banned me from the servers. Feel free to take that off the 300$ you scammed me for.

 

you cant possibly write down every single reason to fine someone and what amount, each case is different, in this kids case he left for 2 weeks without paying out his customers. he literally left to go on a drug binge , nobody had any clue he was coming back, of course he should of been fined. and after he paid the fine he borrowed money off ranks which he still has. in this case he's lucky he was even allowed to pay a fine and return, what he did was disgusting.

also 1 week into him disappearing for 2 weeks, he pm'd me and appologized told me he was going to message the customer right then to pay them, the customer send them his btc address and bren didnt even respond he just left again for another week

usually in this case the rank would have to completely buy back in to be able to host again, Bren caught a lucky break only being fined $300

Bren was hosting a customer, the customer won 500m , he didnt have the gp to payout and he borrowed money from my ranks, then got angry and quit

 

Pretty much what you wrote here is what I've already said and admitted to in my report so I won't bother repeating myself. As for the other half it's just complete BS with no proof to try and make me look bad and pick an argument. Seriously immature and unbelievable to come from a so called leader.

Even if this report doesn't go in my favour I hope you learnt your lesson that you can't just keep abusing ranks just because you are down bank yourself with the BTC crash & the fact the clan is near on dead.

And I hope everyone reading this thinks twice before doing business with this guy, he thinks he's a genius and will do what ever he can to try and screw you over. Deal with KO with high caution he is incredibly dodgy.

I won't lie, dragondyce had a great run but the cow is 99% milked.
