Rule/Sticky: WoW Memebership

This is coming from an experience wow gamecard buyer/seller.

I am not only a buyer/seller on sythe, but other blackmarkets, too. i have noticed a great deal of this on sythe and those sythe, credit card membership sales. it should not be allowed because ive had problems where they are stolen credit cards and serious things happen, including closure of the wow accounts.

credit card memberships should not be allowed and a sticky should be made in wow membership section saying that.

i make this for the safety of our members accounts/dealing with legal terms.
