Double exp Failed epicly

double exp today was some epic failure. It ran out so fast its not even funny. If your going to give us 2x exp jagex give us atleast a full 3 days not this 6 hour shit which runs out wheather or not your doing anyting or sitting in the bank..

 

I agree. They should only apply it when you're attacking something or mining something. Not when you're merchanting >_>

 

I did make good use of my bonus xp, by fusing 1.5k pouches within the first hour then checking the health of my trees. Though, I wanted to get a lot of experience from chinning, I was constantly crashed by noobs, and before I knew it, I was down to 1.2x xp The event wasn't as good as it was made out to be.

 

Yeah, I'm trying to do fishing right now, but I'm at 1.2 at 6 hours. Although I should be more disappointed that I spent 6 hours playing this game today. I just started to do what I should have been doing at 2.7 xp, but oh well. It's fine. I'm not going to complain because its more xp then I would have got normally. Plus if theres very good feedback, Jagex will do this again.

Why would they do it again? Simply to attract more mems. As usual.

Ok, then next time just dont use the double xp? ungrateful much?.... it was a gift, and if they had it to long it would have over xp'd people have got 2m+ xp in the hours they was on during the xp modifier, imagine if they put it on 2.7 for 3 days?... -.-

 

Yeh, you're right... Imagine if they did put 2.7x on for 3 days. I'd have enjoyed it a lot more than it only being on for 3 hours!

Double EXP weekend is a fail idea to begin with. RS gets easier with every update, this is just making the game even more nooby.

 

I enjoyed it... I made sure to be ready by having all the needed items purchased and I made sure that I was in the right location... if you would have done this you wouldn't have wasted time at the bank etc. Btw I've used it for only 1 hour and I've already gotten from 60-62 runecrafting

I'm getting 70-75 attack on my zerker.
Shouldn't take more then 4 hours thanks to the 2x exp.
After that, I'll have 2 hours of boosted exp left
