Explication:

1. offense:

Abe tried to sell his Account. After 2 weeks of active bumping, he also used sylarzylar to help him sell his account. Abe bumped both threads at the same time, You can also see Abe confirming at the last post of the Thread here that the account is sold: https://www.sythe.org/posts/60476890/

Even if it is 1 month old, i see this as an offense and should be handled accordingly

2. Offense: (will post all SS in deleted post)

Abe got a temped ban for posting in multiple reports he wasn't involved.
Abe is trying to sell an Account and since he is banned, he is using one of his friends for helping him.
It is clear that Kevin is lying about being the OO, when he is using Abes E-Mail to sell the Account. (Proof of this in deleted post). On top of that, Kevin is using Abes TOS. After I contacted him, he instantly deleted his thread.

First of all, I am not DNTed but I am banned for posting in the wrong section which I will not do again.

I asked Kevin to post to advertise the account for me but I wasn't aware of what the post consist of as I didn't give it much attention.

However, once gregory messaged Kevin, and kevin asked me, I clarified to him that you can't say OO, as it is my account.

Kevin does not have any malicious intent and is a good person, just a bit of miscommunication, also I am not DNT'ed as I said @Gregory so I don't see the problem?

If there is anything missing staff can send me a message on discord, appreciate you looking out for the community @Gregory but there isn't anything malicious and kevin was just ignorant of the rules, once again neither of them have any malicious intentions and if there is anything else needed staff can kindly message me, thank you in advance

 

I genuinely didn't know what I did was wrong, if there could be some leniency I would greatly appreciate it!

However, if there is a punishment to be given, please give it to me and not my friends, they did nothing wrong and they were just ignorant as I was of the rules, no malicious intent from them I can assure the community.

I do appreciate @Gregory for bringing this up as it is a learning curve for me, as I genuinely didn't know lol but to be fair, he made this after we declined his lowball offer, in other words he knew the rules well before we did and didn't have an issue going forth but the price is what made him possibly post this, regardless, hopefully we can move on from this and can assure staff this will not happen again.
