    Hello,

    Just a few questions I have after the ruling of my previous thread.

    You cite that since I did not change the password immediately after the service, he is not on the hook here. I had no clue when the order would be complete (as it was wildly late), so it was completed on a day that I was not home and by my laptop. He completed the order around 7:30pm my time. At 11:55pm, I saw his message that the order was complete, logged onto runescape MOBILE to quickly check the order so that I wouldn't hold up the process, saw the tithe farm points and left a vouch. The next night when I am home, I log onto my account and see the account is not at tithe farm anymore and bank is wiped.

    So let me ask you this, what is the threshold for the amount of time that passes before the service provider is on the hook? Lets say I was home when the order was completed and it took me 1 hr from seeing the service being completed to changing the password, and in the 1 hr the bank was wiped, is he still off the hook. Lets say it happened in 2 min. Lets say that in the time it took me to find and open his vouch thread and vouch, he wiped my bank. Do you see how we cannot draw an arbitrary line and say "well you didn't change your password fast enough". I did not order another service on the account with him or anyone else so in the time inbetween service completed and bank wiped, it remains true that only he and I had access to the account.

    You mention that you will take note of this should a pattern emerge. It already has. The report I originally linked from Feb is the exact same situation. He outsources work for cheap, the worker empties someones bank. Difference is he paid out the losses last time, and this time he's trying to get away with it. This is literally already a pattern.

    He straight up lied and told me he was "switching workers", and later when he thought it suited him claimed he never switched workers. He claims that he was trying to find another worker to speed the process up. Then later he says he only has his brother who he lives with train accounts because he doesn't trust anybody that isn't family. So which is it? Who were you looking to switch to? Literally caught red handed lying, come on guys I wouldn't post if it was just an inkling.

    He cannot even produce the screenshots of the farming levels earned on the account. Because it likely isn't his brother training the account. I'm not trying to be a diva here but until he shows me training level screenshots, and I get an answer to the "how soon after the service must one change password? at the speed of light" question, I am not satisfied with the ruling.


    Thank you for your time. I'm all ears and down to have a transparent and hopefully productive conversation. I don't know how to merge this with previous thread sorry if it created a task for you.
