New Area In Wild???

I was looking for an ep spot and i wanted to go to the fishing spot and i found this, is this new? Or was it from last week's update?

 

Been around since the new imp update, nobody really knows what its there for and you cant enter.

 

its related to the new skill. there's a dock somewhere on the water in the area, i assume on the opening to the water on the right side. and a boat is key in the new skill, according to jagex. and no. its not sailing.

Me neither, i can imagine it being a big update. like sc.

 

It's going to be either a new "Activity."
Or a new quest update?

Whatever it is, it'll be pretty big
