Remove RSBot section.

Probably safe to say RSBot is dead... why not remove the section?

 

I agree, I mean I doubt it'll come back to due all the problems with jagex sueing apparently. Safe to assume it's gone, or will be fully gone soon.

 

I think we should wait until it is confirmed.

 

I say just wait, it won't kill anyone having it here until it all gets settled.

 

1. He had to remove it or be fined 1000 euros aday until the court hearing or w/e.


2. He COULD be found innocent or something and keep to return the site back up, maybe not, but you should wait until every thing is done.

 

I agree, i highly doubt it is coming back.

 

There's V1.09 of RsBot. This version of RsBot still works fine, and it will still work even though the site is down. It will only stop working when RuneScape updates.

Its an open source project as well, so in my opinion once it updates people might find fixes. I say give it a chance, its still working fine.

 

As long as RS doesnt update RSBot will still continue to function. And I can garuntee as long as the programmers arent flat out dead that they'll still be posting working updates to the bot on their rapidshare file.

You dont need the website to get the bot, just the rapidshare link. Of course, new scripts come from the site, but I'm sure in time they'll make a new site and the scripts will once again be easy to obtain.

So no, don't delete the RSBot section.

 

I think it should changed to "RS Botting" for general discussion about bots.

 

There's way to much information and scripts about each single bot that it would be so hard to find what your looking for if you just set it as a General discussion for all bots.

 

The bot is still being updated. I say leave it till it's really dead.

 

That's why you make a section called "RS Botting" and the have sub-forums for scripts, etc., etc.

 

Like others have said, even though the site is down, the bot still works.

 

As long as there's a chance let's keep it open, I would say :/

 

Yeah, like, I still use RSBot to get up my woodcutting. The only thing is, for V 1.09, the login bot doesn't work properly. But I can just login myself, no biggie.

 

It should stay everything works fine for me and they will make a new site im pretty sure about that.
