WHY YOU WOULD LIKE IT:my main wasn't randomly manually perm banned on 9/9/09 along with two of my irl friends, and hundreds of other high level accounts. i have quit since then, but really want to get back into playing runescape. i really want this account because i could play runescape again, and help me get over my last account.
