Spamming

I really don't know what I did, but I clicked USER CP one time and saw:



(If you can't see the image, it says: Post: Private, Reason: Spamming).
Could you at least tell me the post? I don't know what I did.

Okay thanks, now for the dispute:

He/She (don't quite know) said "Where are all the respected members", and my post was very meaningful, a proper C&C should be like. So I asked if my post helped him/her at all. Is this considered spam? It was a question..
I go with what the mods say.
