    Mega Help Needed

Today, March 10th, I was going to buy this good rs account off one of my friends and paypal scammed me. Not scam but I am having troubles. I did not have a credit card or a master card. I had a 25 dollar vanilla mastercard gift card which I bought at a local store and I sent money. When I sent it, I sent it the wrong way. I used Goods and Services rather than Gift. Then my friend denied the payment and under my transaction is says refund completed. But when I call to check my balance on my card it says none.. And now I really need to know how to recover my cash back because its 25 dollar loss. Anyone want to give me on what to do? How to send paypal this? How to get my money back or another gift card? This is really gay.. Seriously..

If I get money back, I'll give 5 bucks to the person who helped me.
Ill send it myself.. And I swear.

The money should be in your paypal account. To the best of my knowledge, you can't get that money back on your card.

So your saying that after your friend refunded you, the money does is not in your account?

If it says "refund complete", then the money should be in there, unless your account was in a negative balance or something. I would post a picture here perhaps (block out sensitive items), and call paypal directly about it.

I would do as plznate said but I am below age.
    I am 15 years old.
If I call them they will suspend my account probably.
Therefore, should I get my mom to call and talk?
    This is really unfair..

I sent 18 dollars to skillers ftw here and then she denied it because I didn't do gift. Then when I go check my transaction it shows that refund is completed and when I called to check my balance. I had only 4 dollars left. I had no visa or mastercard set up on it, only I had the giftcard? If i did add a visa card to it now, can I get my refund onto the visa?
    please help

Did you create the paypal under your name? This is why under 18 yr olds dont do that. The money should be in your account,if the money isnt your account its probly because you had negative balance or someone claimed back.
