I think hes trying to say, well theres a site you can buy "Botting CREDITS" on it, and basicly you can buy credits, so for example 10 Hours of MTA botting, etc etc, hes not giving you the runescape account hes giving you the botting account with the 190+ MTA Hour Credits on it.
