Explanation of the trade: his staff were middle manning a dm, my opponent used malicious tactics twice to gain a hit in a fight.
The first time he trade lured me into the wilderness, then after opening a report in the discord I was refunded my inq + claws + tort + prims + brimstone ring + elder maul. unfortunatly I do not have a video of it, but the staff member from elite dms should be recording dms as he was middlemanning it.

Then we were rming, my opponent abused pathing mechnics to get first hit, dispite us agreeing to stand back to not allow that.


How they scammed:
Krypto is refusing to pay me my inq set + my opponents set because he was Dq'd. (a ranked mm, goon was holding the inq)

at the time of the DM the rules relating to it was:



krypto tried claiming using movement to gain an advantage isnt against the rules, dispite it also being against rule 7



its pretty clear in the video that he was abusing movement mechanics to get first hit (he won because of pid). It violated two different rules yet krpto doesnt want to pay it out.

I don't find pathing to be malicious.
Running around is against the rules unless agreed upon otherwise once the death match has begun.
The fight begins once first damage has been done.
The fight ends once someone dies.

 

After watching the video it is very clear that movement was used as an advantage to gain a first hit, he even has the tiles marked to do so easily.

Your rule is too unclear with the use of the word "malicious".
