The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)

I know this may be the wrong forum to post this error on, however the error only appears when trying to start Scar Divi 3.22.

I was hoping some of the great minds here would be able to help me with this problem. I've already tried to post it on Freddy1990's forum but.. I haven't received a response in a week... so i'm going to try here.

Error I am getting: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.

I run XP SP3.

Again I'm not sure what information is needed here to aid you as I'm not the greatest at this kind of thing. Just ask and I'll get the information you requested here as fast as possible.

Hmm, try inunstalling and restarting then re-installing, if it doesnt work your gonna need to find out what "0xc0000142" is. Also try running it in safe mode.
