Runescape highscore clan grabber

I dont know how i should go about doing this and if some one would like to help me write it great i wish i could do it in html but im guessing that wont be possible

heres what i want to do our runescape clan has events every week skill events that is and i want to create a program to grab every ones exp in a stat from the clan and import it onto a page much like swiftkit does when u look up a users stats but i want it to work with multiple entry and only show a single skill and there curent exp

so it would be something like
-----check the uploaded file-----
ofcourse i would like it to have a place for atleast 20 usernames and a dropdown with all the stats i hope some one can help make this project come to life

editr if some one could explain to me how to grab a single stat such as prayer from the highscore for a specific username i could do the rest

 

I could make one. But how are you going to store the usernames of your clan members? In a MySQL DB?

 

That is quite a lot of work. If you really want it then go for it but if you don't know much about php etc. then you're going to struggle.
If you're not too bothered then why not use RuneHead?

I could do that with perl in a day or two but I wouldn't gain anything out of it...
I suggest you try python. It runs on some webservers and shet. It has the easiest syntax ever, too.
